ENTROPY WORKS
Recently my work has been focusing on the figure and processes of entropy - the slow disintegration, chance, 'the bigness and smallness of things', like sandstone being weathered by the elements. The idea that we are all made up of the same stuff as the rest of nature and will all at some point be incorperated back into the universe.
Using air,earth, fire and water, I conduct the serendipidy of each and integrate the process of entropy into the practice of creating, incorperating these with classical art techniques.
Each new piece has this in mind.
